These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By requesting a quote or placing an order with Astro Transactions Ltd (RC 8033932), you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide B2B sourcing, inspection, purchasing, and delivery services for goods across Nigeria (and on request, to Niger). All work is performed on a best‑effort, commercially reasonable basis.

Quotations & Pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on available supplier pricing and logistics.
• Final invoices reflect approved purchases, logistics fees, and applicable taxes.
• Work begins after written approval (email or signed document) from the client.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product specifications, quantities, and timelines.
• Review and approve inspection reports promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure authorized personnel are available for delivery acceptance.

Risk & Title

Risk transfers to the client upon delivery to the agreed location or carrier hand‑off, as applicable. Title to goods transfers upon settlement of the relevant invoice.

Payments

Invoices are payable per the payment instructions provided with each order. Late payments may incur administrative charges.

Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse our site or services, including attempting to interfere with operations or access data without authorization.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Transactions Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled in good faith, and parties will attempt amicable resolution before formal proceedings.
